A PRISTINE example of a Carver 3227 Convertible, 36 foot overall, sleeps 6, this extremely well kept and clean boat is up for sale or trade for Cessna 180. 30000$ has been invested in recent years to bring it to my standards... all the following are new (all upholstery, carpet, curtains, stereo 4000w, inverter true power 2000w, GPS, VHF x2 intercom, Lewmar Windlass, A/C,heating,water heater, on board water pump 5.7 gph shurflow, davits on platform, zodiac)
A very large cockpit area leads to a 6' patio door which opens up the living and dining room(sleeps 2) with side bar perfect for making drinks while anchored...Huge windows give a great view all around!! a huge advantage with a convertible... The lower helm is a great option especially in bad weather(definately a must when buying a fly bridge, if it doesnt have one, dont buy it). The lower kitchen has a large fridge and freezer with electric stove and top warmers and is great for preparing meals and bbq's(a magna BBQ is included). The guest bedroom has a double size matress of very high quality with plenty of storage as well as a closet. The washroom holds a full size seperate shower with a glass door, a large counter top and ample storage make it a very comfortable area and great for getting ready if going out in town! The master bedroom is quite comfortable and has plenty of storage as well a closet. All designer pillows, and accessories are included, as well as a Nespresso machine. There is too much to mention, everything is included. The flying bridge has all been re upholstered, and refitted. All available controls are at both helms, stereo, vhf, gps, windlass, etc...
Mechanically this boat is perfect, it requires nothing(except summer) and is ready to set sail. it has had extensive maintenance done recently.
It is by far the best boat and best model boat i have ever owned. A true family boat with great handling and low cost to operate.
